Kingdom Mercury multilingual management team works in conjunction with factory management and staff, to achieve the targets and goals of the ever-changing demands of customers.

Dedicated Kingdom Mercury staff review daily issues with the Factory Supervisor/Management to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and agreed changes from the previous day are actioned, where necessary.

Management of your contract would be complemented by our Directors Rob Carter and Gary Turner who use their vast experience within the industry to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.

Rob and Gary make onsite visits at least 1 day per week in addition to the account management team attending onsite check-ins and would be available to discuss and resolve any matters, which may arise. Both are always available for any issues which may need addressing and work on an honest and open partnership approach to business.

Rob has spent the whole of his career in recruitment spanning some 25 years.
Whilst specialising in contract labour for companies throughout the local region, Rob dedicates his time to working closely with his experienced team, professional clients and flexible workers, ensuring that the focus is always delivery and outstanding customer services.
With the world constantly changing and the demands made upon the labour force and clients it is paramount to continue to invest in our business to ensure that we remain the labour provider of choice for both candidates and clients alike.
In June 2022 Mercury Personnel Solutions was acquired by The Kingdom Services Group, an independent national provider of Recruitment, Security, Healthcare , Cleaning and Tracker services to companies throughout the UK with a combined annual turnover in excess of £300 million. This merger of experience and resource will further drive Mercury now branded as "Kingdom Mercury" to be a force within the region that plans to expand further in the eastern region. Exciting Times!

Outside of work, Rob is a busy daddy, racing driver and loves the great outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, swimming, hiking, a huge fan of motorsport and self-confessed adrenaline junky.

Jurgita heads up the recruitment operations team and has spent the past 12 years within the industrial recruitment sector specialising in the supply of food, warehouse, horticulture, and manufacturing personnel within the local region.
During her time in recruitment, Jurgita believes in hands-on recruitment and prides herself on building relationships with candidates and clients and will go above and beyond to ensure that volumes and standards are met. Jurgita heads up a fantastically dedicated team of recruiters who support the whole of the business 24/7 365 and is focused on building the brand and ensuring that Mercury Personnel Solutions is the regions leading independent recruitment business.
Jurgita is a key member of the SMT and is instrumental in the business development and development of new systems, policies and procedures and the overall growth of the company.
Outside of work Jurgita is a dedicated Mummy an avid stargazer, adores anything astronomical along with socialising with friends, dancing, reading and all things Audi. Travel plays a big part in her spare time and she loves to explore new locations and experience different cultures.

Gary has spent the past 25 years in recruitment and specialising in the supply of Adhoc and Volume labour to companies within the local region. Before launching Mercury Personnel in 2003, Gary was in production management within the fresh produce sector hence having a fantastic understanding of client needs.
Whilst specialising in the supply of labour Gary prides himself on delivering outstanding customer services to clients and candidates and will be found on-site at all client sites on a regular basis ensuring that operations are running smoothly. Gary believes that being on hand to deal with any issue has been and is the key to Mercury Personnel Solutions success during the past 18 years. As head of the ethical team, Gary is instrumental in driving forward stronger together policies and working with the policies of the GLAA & ALP
Outside of work Gary is a lifelong supporter of Chelsea FC, a dedicated Daddy & Grandad and is renowned for lighting the BBQ in all weathers. Gary enjoys playing badminton, walking his loyal dogs and loves traveling.

Baiba heads up the accounting, finance and payroll functions within the company.
With over 8 years of finance and payroll experience gained within the recruitment sector, Baiba has an enviable reputation for attention to detail and for supporting clients, candidates and colleagues alike ensuring that fast and efficient service is provided to all.
With a forward-thinking attitude towards technology and finance, Baiba is instrumental in driving forward the policies and procedures development programme across the company and is a key player of the (SMT) senior management team.
Outside of work Baiba is a dedicated mummy and enjoys the outdoors, socialising, cycling, meals out and international travel when not studying for her Business Management Degree.
